Hey everyone,

The CQWW CW contest was my first contest in more than 15 years. I was off the HF bands and totally inactive from early 1992 until just a week before the contest. I decided to run QRPp and started out on 40 meters. Over the course of the weekend, I made one contact on 15 meters (my personal favorite for CW DX running QRP "back in the day") and two on 20 meters - including PA1AW on 1 watt out here. That was a thrill!

My official entry is single-band, 40 meters, and totals "40 on 40." I ended up with 40 contacts, all on 5 watts or less into an end-fed longwire (about 60 meters/200 feet in length). Thanks to all who had patience with this "flea power" station during the contest. I had a blast.
