I just recently purchased a Hazer 2 system to add to my tower.  The following information, I hope will help those who are considering buying one.  I only had several  problems, 1. was the instructions that came with the system was not very well documented.  You really have to look closely at the poor hand drawning of the instruction manual to figure out how to assemble it.  2. Was the safety latch, its thick and heavy duty, how ever its so thick that the spring end  that is provided to be inserted into the hole wont go into it.  So, I had to tap and thread the hole and I then placed a screw in it, and secured the spring to the screw. and finally 3.  The rollers that track up and down the tower legs, I found that the securement nut if drawn down too tight, it won't let the rollers roll but will slide up and down in that position.  The nut that holds the bracket and rollers is a self locking nut.  Once you have address these problem area's they system does work real nice and is very smooth.
